Plant Equipment Engineers (Electrical/Instrumentation)
The Challenge
The Plant Equipment Engineer plays a key role in the capacity growth of the plant by monitoring and improving the electrical/instrumental integrity and availability of the equipment. All in direct relation with the allowed operating window and integral performance of the plant (SHE, costs, capacity). You are the key player in the field with daily operations and the improve cycle. You are the technical key contact for the plant, Business Group and Service company's.
You evaluate the consequences of maintenance jobs for operations, you are involved in troubleshooting (primary and secondary), and you are responsible for the technical engineering of modifications and small projects.
Qualifications
The Ideal
You have minimal a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical and/or instrumentation engineering. You have 3-5 year experience in maintenance/engineering in manufacturing. You have strong analytical skills. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. No nine to five mentality. You have relevant experience with RCA and FMEA techniques. Experience in handling different types of measurement technologies in the field is preferred. Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
